LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Three days after taking office, Congressman John Yarmuth tells me he's working on a plan to get both Louisville bridges built in half the time as the current plan and for one billion dollars less than current estimates.

“We're not going to be able to pay for this project if we drag it out over 20 years and rely on tax revenue only,” he says.
